The Directors of Llandegfedd Water Sports Centre had tasked themselves to deliver the building to the users and negotiate with the Commercial and User Groups. Now that Welsh Water has taken control of the project the directors will act as co-ordinators to a User Group, and generally promote sailing at the reservoir.
